TANC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TANC2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 92 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TANC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, PKC-delta_pS664, and C-Raf_pS338. Each is linked with TANC2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TANC2-to-partner and partner-to-TANC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by TANC2-low versus TANC2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TANC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TANC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
