TANC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TANC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 401 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TANC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FABP12, OR2M4, and DIAPH1. Each is linked with TANC2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TANC2-to-partner and partner-to-TANC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FABP12 grouped by TANC2-low versus TANC2-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TANC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TANC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
