TANC1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TANC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,704 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TANC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSTM3P2, LPXN, and SNRPD3. Each is linked with TANC1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TANC1-to-partner and partner-to-TANC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TANC1 versus GSTM3P2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TANC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TANC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
