TANC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TANC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 93 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TANC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, PKC-b-II_pS660, and YAP_pS127. Each is linked with TANC1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TANC1-to-partner and partner-to-TANC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by TANC1-low versus TANC1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TANC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TANC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
