Across TCGA cell cohorts, TANC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,207 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TANC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vacuolar transport, Cytosolic transport, and Endosomal transport. Each is linked with TANC1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TANC1-to-partner and partner-to-TANC1 results are reported.
