TANC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TANC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 664 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TANC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF9, TBC1D3H, and BOK. Each is linked with TANC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TANC1-to-partner and partner-to-TANC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRAMEF9 grouped by TANC1-low versus TANC1-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TANC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TANC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
