TAMALIN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAMALIN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,308 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAMALIN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKG1, RASIP1, and AKAP12_T1116. Each is linked with TAMALIN in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAMALIN-to-partner and partner-to-TAMALIN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAMALIN versus PRKG1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAMALIN→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAMALIN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
