Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAMALIN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,304 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TAMALIN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions, and RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions with bulged adenosine as nucleophile. Each is linked with TAMALIN in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAMALIN-to-partner and partner-to-TAMALIN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion grouped by TAMALIN-low versus TAMALIN-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
