TAL1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 4,648 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ACOT7, C11orf96_S399, and CA3. Each is linked with TAL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAL1-to-partner and partner-to-TAL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAL1 versus ACOT7 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.55.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
