Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAGLN3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,342 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TAGLN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGEF35, CPP, and BTG1P1. Each is linked with TAGLN3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAGLN3-to-partner and partner-to-TAGLN3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAGLN3 versus ARHGEF35 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.56.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAGLN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAGLN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
