TAGLN2P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAGLN2P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,969 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAGLN2P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OXR1, LRATD2, and STK3. Each is linked with TAGLN2P1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAGLN2P1-to-partner and partner-to-TAGLN2P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAGLN2P1 versus OXR1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAGLN2P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAGLN2P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
