Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAGAP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,676 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TAGAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are HCLS1, IKZF1, and CD247. Each is linked with TAGAP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAGAP-to-partner and partner-to-TAGAP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAGAP versus HCLS1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAGAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAGAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
