TAGAP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAGAP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,409 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAGAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHAX, NOM1, and NPLP1. Each is linked with TAGAP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAGAP-to-partner and partner-to-TAGAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PHAX grouped by TAGAP-low versus TAGAP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAGAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAGAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
