Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAGAP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,563 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAGAP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, B cell apoptotic process, and Regulation of tumor necrosis factor superfamily cytokine production. Each is linked with TAGAP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAGAP-to-partner and partner-to-TAGAP results are reported.
