TAFA5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAFA5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,469 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAFA5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKG1, MYLK, and VCL_S795. Each is linked with TAFA5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAFA5-to-partner and partner-to-TAFA5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAFA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAFA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
