TAFA4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAFA4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,860 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAFA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFIP11, FBXO7, and SAMM50. Each is linked with TAFA4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAFA4-to-partner and partner-to-TAFA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFIP11 grouped by TAFA4-low versus TAFA4-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAFA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAFA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
