TAFA4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAFA4 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 432 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAFA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TYRO3, CDK5RAP3, and PPP1R8. Each is linked with TAFA4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAFA4-to-partner and partner-to-TAFA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TYRO3 grouped by TAFA4-low versus TAFA4-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAFA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAFA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
