TAFA3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAFA3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,464 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAFA3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are QKI, RPS6KA5, and CRACDL_S490. Each is linked with TAFA3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAFA3-to-partner and partner-to-TAFA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAFA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAFA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
