Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAFA3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,064 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAFA3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of glutamate uptake involved in transmission of nerve impulse, Positive regulation of telomerase RNA localization to Cajal body, and Regulation of telomerase RNA localization to Cajal body. Each is linked with TAFA3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAFA3-to-partner and partner-to-TAFA3 results are reported.
