Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAFA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,550 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TAFA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PACSIN1, PIP4K2A, and NES_S702. Each is linked with TAFA2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAFA2-to-partner and partner-to-TAFA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAFA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAFA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
