TAFA2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAFA2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 306 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAFA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GFUS, MTMR9, and BNIP3L. Each is linked with TAFA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAFA2-to-partner and partner-to-TAFA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAFA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAFA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
