TAFA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAFA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,287 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAFA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAMK4, ANK2, and CAP2. Each is linked with TAFA1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAFA1-to-partner and partner-to-TAFA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAFA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAFA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
