The most reproducible TAFA1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of stress fiber assembly, Negative regulation of lipid biosynthetic process, and Sprouting angiogenesis. Each is linked with TAFA1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAFA1-to-partner and partner-to-TAFA1 results are reported.
