Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF9B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,570 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TAF9B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RFC5, UQCC1, and CSTF1. Each is linked with TAF9B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF9B-to-partner and partner-to-TAF9B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF9B→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF9B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
