Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAF9B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,798 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TAF9B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Spindle elongation, Nuclear division, and Regulation of mitotic metaphase/anaphase transition. Each is linked with TAF9B in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF9B-to-partner and partner-to-TAF9B results are reported.
