TAF9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 13,038 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF9-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTN, ADGRV1, and ZFHX4. Each is linked with TAF9 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF9-to-partner and partner-to-TAF9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TTN grouped by TAF9-low versus TAF9-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF9→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
