The most reproducible TAF9-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHN1, ANTXR1, and RRP9. Each is linked with TAF9 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF9-to-partner and partner-to-TAF9 results are reported.
