TAF9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF9 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF9-associated genes across cancer lineages are Adipocytes, Sebocytes, and Class-switched memory B-cells. Each is linked with TAF9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF9-to-partner and partner-to-TAF9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Adipocytes grouped by TAF9-low versus TAF9-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF9→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
