TAF7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,699 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF7-associated genes across cancer lineages are CKMT2-AS1, ZNF174, and ZBED8. Each is linked with TAF7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF7-to-partner and partner-to-TAF7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAF7 versus CKMT2-AS1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
