TAF7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,981 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-467P, H2BC2P, and MIR6729. Each is linked with TAF7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF7-to-partner and partner-to-TAF7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-467P grouped by TAF7-low versus TAF7-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
