Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAF7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,081 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF7-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCTN4, ATG12, and CSNK1A1. Each is linked with TAF7 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF7-to-partner and partner-to-TAF7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAF7 versus DCTN4 in OVARY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.
