Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAF7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,065 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of MHC class II biosynthetic process, Negative regulation of beige fat cell differentiation, and Protein polyubiquitination. Each is linked with TAF7 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF7-to-partner and partner-to-TAF7 results are reported.
