TAF6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,599 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAI1, UBN1, and YLPM1. Each is linked with TAF6 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF6-to-partner and partner-to-TAF6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAF6 versus RAI1 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
