TAF6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,091 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PUS7, MEPCE, and PDAP1. Each is linked with TAF6 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF6-to-partner and partner-to-TAF6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAF6 versus PUS7 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
