Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAF6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,402 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pre-mRNA catabolic process, Positive regulation of isotype switching to IgG isotypes, and Nucleic acid transport. Each is linked with TAF6 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF6-to-partner and partner-to-TAF6 results are reported.
