TAF6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAF6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 85 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF6-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC32A1, GML, and PHOX2B. Each is linked with TAF6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF6-to-partner and partner-to-TAF6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC32A1 grouped by TAF6-low versus TAF6-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
