TAF5LP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF5LP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,614 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF5LP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSMB10, PSMB9, and PTPN7. Each is linked with TAF5LP1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF5LP1-to-partner and partner-to-TAF5LP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAF5LP1 versus PSMB10 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF5LP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF5LP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
