TAF5L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF5L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,258 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF5L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C1orf35, GATAD2B, and RPRD2. Each is linked with TAF5L in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF5L-to-partner and partner-to-TAF5L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAF5L versus C1orf35 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF5L→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF5L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
