TAF5L

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF5L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,730 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF5L-associated genes across cancer lineages are LIN9, SLC25A19, and NUF2. Each is linked with TAF5L in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF5L-to-partner and partner-to-TAF5L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAF5L versus LIN9 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF5L→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF5L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
