TAF5L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAF5L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,800 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF5L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear pore complex assembly, Transcription-dependent tethering of RNA polymerase II gene DNA at nuclear periphery, and Nuclear pore organization. Each is linked with TAF5L in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF5L-to-partner and partner-to-TAF5L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Nuclear pore complex assembly grouped by TAF5L-low versus TAF5L-high in BONE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF5L→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF5L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
