TAF5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,932 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNAJC9, RNF20, and SMNDC1. Each is linked with TAF5 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF5-to-partner and partner-to-TAF5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAF5 versus DNAJC9 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
