TAF5

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,912 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are UCKL1, KDM2B, and CCNB1IP1. Each is linked with TAF5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF5-to-partner and partner-to-TAF5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAF5 versus UCKL1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
