TAF5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,023 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6075, RIMBP3B, and TRGJP1. Each is linked with TAF5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF5-to-partner and partner-to-TAF5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6075 grouped by TAF5-low versus TAF5-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
