Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TAF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, INPP4B, and JNK2. Each is linked with TAF5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF5-to-partner and partner-to-TAF5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by TAF5-low versus TAF5-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
