Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAF5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,898 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication, DNA replication initiation, and Regulation of centrosome duplication. Each is linked with TAF5 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF5-to-partner and partner-to-TAF5 results are reported.
