TAF4B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF4B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,756 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF4B-associated genes across cancer lineages are U2SURP, UTP25, and HEATR1. Each is linked with TAF4B in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF4B-to-partner and partner-to-TAF4B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAF4B versus U2SURP in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.92.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF4B→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF4B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
