Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF4B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 90 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TAF4B-associated genes across cancer lineages are CBY1, DHX40, and UMPS. Each is linked with TAF4B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF4B-to-partner and partner-to-TAF4B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAF4B versus CBY1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.64.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF4B→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF4B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
