Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAF4B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,685 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF4B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are IMP biosynthetic process, rRNA metabolic process, and Ribosome biogenesis. Each is linked with TAF4B in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF4B-to-partner and partner-to-TAF4B results are reported.
