Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAF4B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 261 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF4B-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2A2, FCN1, and AQP12A. Each is linked with TAF4B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF4B-to-partner and partner-to-TAF4B results are reported.
