TAF4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,233 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADNP, RPRD1B, and RTF2. Each is linked with TAF4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF4-to-partner and partner-to-TAF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAF4 versus ADNP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
